Your key duties will include:• Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for our clinical team and patients.• Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.• Maintaining and updating confidential patient records with a high degree of accuracy.• Assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other essential documents.• Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless patient service.• Providing general administrative support to our oncologists, haematologists, and nursing staff.• Upholding strict patient confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be a highly organised and self-motivated individual with a strong background in administration. Essential qualifications include:• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Medical Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.• Experience within a healthcare or medical environment is highly advantageous, especially in oncology or a related specialism.• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of digital literacy.• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.• A dedicated home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
