Compensation/Shift/Benefits of a Lead • $21.50/PH • 3rd 7p-5:30a Sunday - Wednesday • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO • Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year. • Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Responsibilities of a Lead • Communicate and train employees • Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example. • Delegate and assign work to team members. • Assist with problems/issues with orders and find quick resolution. • Communicate effectively using encouragement, active listening and coaching. Requirements of a Lead • Must have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/light industrial Lead role • Microsoft Excel, Word experience • Sharp attention to detail • Basic Math Skills • Reliable transportation • Bending, twisting and lifting#TJCNKY
