About the role

Bart's Electric is a Liberty, MO-based commercial electrical contractor. We are seeking a Workforce Development Manager to lead BE360's workforce pipeline and community outreach efforts in the greater Kansas City area. You will build and sustain partnerships with schools, colleges, workforce boards, nonprofits, and industry groups, while overseeing youth programs, pre-apprenticeships, and apprenticeship pathways.
