About the role
- Own the end-to-end newsletter workflow using Mailchimp (scheduling, QA, A/B testing, analytics)
- Oversee SEO content production in a headless CMS (Prismic)
- Manage and optimize organic traffic using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools
- Coordinate content distribution across email, site, and social
- Track KPIs and report data-driven insights clearly and consistently
- Setup automation tools and manage KPI dashboards
- Manage marketing contractors across time zones (writers, editors, designers)
- Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and production calendars
- Remove bottlenecks and keep operations running smoothly
- 5+ years in marketing operations, content ops, or a hybrid marketing/ops role
- Knowledgeable about the public markets, comes with finance experience and/or has a technical background in the tech sector. Data-driven and fluent in automation Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused
- Comfortable managing contractors and deadlines
- Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of written work
- Familiar with email marketing platforms, analytics, and CMS workflows

- Full-time position; Hybrid in Boulder, CO or Remote will be considered for an exceptional, self-directed candidate who is prepared to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
