About the role

River Valley Regional YMCA is seeking a Part-time Member Services Associate to greet members, answer inquiries, and promote memberships during Weekdays 7 am–4 pm and Saturdays 8 am–12 pm. You will welcome guests, conduct tours, and help connect members while maintaining lobby cleanliness and adhering to YMCA policies. Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and basic computer knowledge.
