About the role
Delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Property & Casualty Licensed Specialist will manage client inquiries, support policy servicing, and drive retention efforts in a fast-paced call center setting.
Key responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support across multiple customer communication channels
Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims-related inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and collaborate with the Claims team for effective issue resolution
Required qualifications
An active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
2+ years of insurance sales support or related service experience
3+ years of remote/call center/online service or sales experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and related computer software
