Nebo in Den Haag zoekt een creatieve en energieke activiteitenbegeleider die bewoners helpt bij ontmoetingen, plezier, beweging en betekenisvolle momenten. Je organiseert zowel groeps- als individuele activiteiten en werkt nauw samen met collega’s en naasten. Je hebt mbo niveau 4 SPW/SPH/MMZ of pedagogisch van vergelijkbaar niveau en ten minste 24 uur beschikbaar, met ervaring in ouderenzorg of gehandicaptenzorg en affiniteit met dementie.
