Contract Manager Piper Maddox is partnered with a global, vertically integrated low-carbon fuels platform that's turning waste into renewable energy, looking for a Contract Manager to join their legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves bringing order, efficiency, and structure to the contracting process at a fast-growing company.
What you'll do: Own and administer the company's CLM platform — templates, workflows, approval matrices, and clause libraries Manage contracts end-to-end: intake, drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination Coordinate contract review across legal, finance, procurement, commercial, and executive teams Prepare NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and amendments from approved templates Support audits, due diligence, financing transactions, and M&A activity Build contract reporting dashboards and drive process improvement
Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required 5+ years in contract administration, contract management, legal ops, or procurement Hands-on experience with CLM systems (Link Squares, Ironclad, Docu Sign CLM, Agiloft, Icertis, or similar)Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Paralegal background, in-house legal experience, or time in renewable energy / infrastructure / other highly regulated industries
