About the role

Sierra Club is seeking an Advancement Director for the West to identify, cultivate, and solicit gifts of $25,000 and above. This remote role supports campaigns advancing climate, wilderness, and justice across the region. Based remotely with preference for the Pacific Northwest, you will join a dynamic team raising substantial annual funds. Expect 30–50% travel, strong donor stewardship, and strategic fundraising planning to grow the pipeline.
