Key Responsibilities: Negotiate PSAs and review leases with precision. Analyze environmental and property condition reports. Involved during the acquisition and disposition stages related to legal coordination and post-closing. Review settlement statements and ensure insurance compliance. Lead post-closing handoff meetings to ensure smooth transitions. Build relationships with attorneys, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes.

Who You Are: 6+ years in transaction management. Confident communicator – great with clients, attorneys, and public speaking. Organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in title docs, leases, and third-party reports.
