About the role

DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is hiring a Lead Commercial Epoxy & Polyaspartic Installer to run 2–3 person crews on commercial and light industrial projects across Rhode Island. If you know surface prep, planetary grinders, liquid coatings, and how to keep a crew moving safely, we want to talk to you. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on epoxy/polyaspartic installation, experience with grinders and surface prep tooling, and a valid driver's license.
