About the role
The South Palm Beach County office of a boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the estate planning practice group. This role is a key support position within a sophisticated practice serving high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment, enjoys collaborating closely with attorneys and clients, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, edit, and manage estate planning and related legal documents
Coordinate attorney calendars, schedules, and meetings
Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
Assist with billing, time entries, and administrative support
Qualifications: At least 5 years of legal administrative experience, in Trusts & Estates
Must work in office M-F.
Probate and trust admin experience

Must have longevity with previous employment
Strong technical proficiency and comfort with legal software and document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, client-service-oriented demeanor
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
