About the role
- Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
- Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
- Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing)
- A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
- Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
- High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
