About the role

We're seeking a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as a Public Relations & Communications Assistant! We are a face-to-face marketing and brand representation firm that helps established brands connect with new audiences through professional communication and customer engagement. No previous experience is required! We welcome recent graduates, career changers, and candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or volunteer activities.
What You'll Do: Represent established brands at promotional events and designated campaign locations. Communicate brand messaging, product information, and promotions to the public. Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations. Answer questions and help customers understand available products and services. Assist with promotional events, branded displays, and campaign activities. Participate in paid training focused on communication, public speaking, and customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.
What We Offer: Hourly base pay with weekly pay — not a commission-only position. Paid training — no prior industry experience necessary. Career development with potential advancement into campaign coordination, account management, and leadership. Hands-on experience in public relations, brand communications, and customer engagement. Team support and mentorship in a professional, growth-focused environment.
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face. Ability to work in person, including weekends as required. Experience in communications, public relations, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Ready to Get Started? If you're looking for an entry-level communications job with paid training, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
