About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team serving corporate clients from the United States. You will advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, conduct option analyses, and book domestic and international trips across air, rail, and hotels, using Amadeus and other systems. You’ll ensure policy compliance, provide proactive service, and collaborate with colleagues to coach and improve service levels, with shifts including weekends in a 24x7
