We are looking to hire a motivated and hardworking Full Time Plumber's Helper to join our team in Charlottesville, VA! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the plumbing industry alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites Help with pipe cutting, fitting, and assembly under plumber supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support residential and commercial plumbing projects from start to finish Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times Load and unload service vehicles and assist with job site preparation
Requirements:
No prior plumbing experience required — willingness to learn is a must Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus Must be able to work full-time hours, including occasional early starts
