About the role
To support a defined book of Canadian Payroll Tax customers, the full-time Canada Customer Tax Account Specialist will manage daily case work, process tax remittances, and lead customer calls while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the named Specialist for assigned Canadian Payroll Tax customers, maintaining ongoing relationships through regular contact
Manage and respond to customer cases daily within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely closure and accurate documentation
Process payroll tax filings and year-end activities for T4, T4A, Releve 1 & 2, including amendments as necessaryRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of Canadian payroll or payroll tax experience, including research and customer support
Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian multi-jurisdiction payroll tax regulations and year-end activities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel
