Union Rubber Mill Operator Chardon, OH 44024 Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AMStarting Pay: $24.81 per hour Wage Increases: Additional $0.50 per hour upon hire Additional $0.50 per hour after 60 days Union Position Position Overview Chardon Custom Polymer is seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Union Rubber Mill Operators. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment processing and handling rubber materials used in custom polymer production. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting and follow all company and union work rules.
Responsibilities:
