About the role
- Inspect aluminum products for defects, imperfections, or quality issues * Pack products using protective materials to prevent damage during transport * Label packages with product details, customer information, and shipping instructions * Handle aluminum materials safely, by hand or with equipment as necessary * Operate packing equipment, strapping tools, or other basic production equipment * Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe * Work with production, quality control, and shipping teams to maintain workflow * Follow all safety procedures and use required protective equipment Requirements * Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or production is preferred * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed * Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Basic math and measurement skills are preferred * Ability to read work orders, labels, and instructions * Reliable attendance and transportation * Forklift experience is a plus, but not required * Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage * Must pass a background check and drug test Work Environment * Work in a manufacturing plant with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and temperature changes * Requires standing, bending, lifting, and making repetitive movements during the shift * Safety is a priority, and all employees must follow company safety policies
