The Project Manager will manage multiple projects and teams to ensure project goals are achieved. The role will interact with multiple cross functional teams and customers. The Project Manager will lead a project team from inception to completion.As a Project Manager, you will: Manage business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensuring financial targets and timing are met while maintaining established quality standardsManage, train, coach, and mentor project team related to their job responsibilities.Plan, schedule, and oversee coordinator activities and monitor project(s) statusActively maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of serviceManaging all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s)Act as liaison with the customer and project staff to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues and communicate regarding project milestonesManaging project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systemsEnsuring adherence to Roush's standards of quality, safety, and best practices along with customer specific requirementsDirect and manage coordination groups that assign goals for subcontractorsDevelop and execute large project plans.Manage day-to-day build operations supporting department management.
