About the role
Stout seeks a Director in Transaction Advisory to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for PE and corporate clients, translating complex findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. You will develop trusted client relationships, guide engagements across deal lifecycles, and drive practice growth through talent development and business development efforts. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
