About the role

Leading strategic analytics initiatives for a prominent client, the full-time remote Banking Analytics Director will manage end-to-end analytics projects, drive solutions for business challenges, and mentor cross-functional teams in the Banking and Financial Services sector. Key responsibilities Lead analytics and transformation initiatives from problem definition to implementation, focusing on Banking and Financial Services Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable analytics solutions and drive initiatives across various operational areas Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making while managing client relationships and communications with senior leadership Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven strategy, with a strong focus on Banking and Financial Services Proven experience leading large-scale analytics or transformation programs Strong understanding of supply chain processes and business challenges Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products, along with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior/executive stakeholders
