Administrative AssistantKaufman Rossin is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Administrative Assistant to support our Entrepreneurial Services team. Our Entrepreneurial Services team works closely with mid-sized businesses, providing trusted tax and accounting services that help clients navigate complex financial needs and achieve their goals. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment in office. Our ideal candidate is good with people, displaying a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This is an on-site position, in our Miami office, 5 days/week.Responsibilities include:Support department with routine administrative duties including travel coordination, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense reconciliationReview, direct, and respond to correspondenceDraft engagement lettersAssist with client onboarding and related account opening processesFiling, copying, scanning, and faxingManage highly confidential tax, financial, and client documentation with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.Managing all client shipping via FedEx and USPSSupport departmental billing functions, including invoice preparation and billing-related reporting as well as preparing billing reports for department partners.Generate and distribute tax due date reports during tax season to support workflow management and deadline compliance.Create and submit expense reports for partners and departmental staffComplete and maintain timesheets on behalf of department personnel as requestedTend to reception as needed
