About the role
Dialysis Technician End Stage Renal Disease
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3 AM to 5 PM.Assignment Details: Full-time position, working with a typical staffing ratio of 1 technician per 4 patients and 1 registered nurse per shift for a total of 8 to 12 patients per shift.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience in dialysis, specifically with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).Current certifications: CCHT and BLS.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Renvio. Any scrub color is acceptable.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in EMR.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
