About the role
XL Parts | The Parts House (TPH) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time, non-exempt role within our Operations division. This position focuses on expediting shipments and ensuring efficient order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong customer service, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. You will report to the Store Manager and support daily store operations on site.
