Role Overview:
Chase Corporation is seeking a self-motivated, highly technical Inside Sales Account Manager to uncover new opportunities, maintain and expand existing customer relationships, master complex specialty product lines, and drive strategic territory growth across our core aerospace, electronics, infrastructure, and industrial manufacturing markets. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will work cross functionally to manage the complete sales funnel, consult with customers to identify optimal application solutions, and directly expand our global market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Market Expansion: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new direct customer relationships within target growth territories.• Drive Pipeline & Account Growth: Own and aggressively scale an active sales funnel, converting new customers while uncovering expansion opportunities within existing accounts.• Technical Application Consulting: Develop product expertise to confidently guide customers through advanced product requirements, ensuring an optimal technical and application fit.• Accelerate Revenue Growth: Drive consistent quarterly and annual revenue through proactive opportunity development and cross-functional collaboration.• Foster Sales Culture: Actively contribute to a collaborative, high-energy, and high-performing sales environment.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in B2B specialty product, industrial manufacturing, or technical sales/account management.• Track Record: Documented history of meeting or exceeding aggressive KPIs and sales quotas.• Technical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp complex, technical product applications quickly.• CRM & Systems Capability: Proficiency with CRM and sales tools; direct experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and Hub Spot is highly preferred.• Core Traits: Exceptional communication skills, strict attention to detail, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
