Full-stack product engineering role building AI-assisted dental staffing workflows and operational software for Teero's Austin team.
What you'll do:
Build product features for staffing, marketplace, and operational workflows.
Work across frontend, backend, and automation details that improve day-to-day user operations.
Collaborate with a small team on reliability, usability, and fast iteration.
Requirements:
- Full-stack product engineering experience in production software.
- Comfort with operational workflows, marketplace dynamics, or workflow automation.
- Interest in using AI-assisted product patterns where they create practical leverage.
- Foundational engineering role at US headquarters
- Product ownership with fast user feedback loops
- Modern stack and high-quality equipment
