Activities Director | Stone Rehab and Senior Living$50,000 - $65,000/annually, based on experience Full -Time

Delivering Solutions that Matter: Plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities that promote resident engagement, well-being, and quality of life.
Develop individualized activity programs based on residents' interests, abilities, preferences, and care plans, ensuring meaningful opportunities for participation.
Lead and supervise activities staff and volunteers, providing guidance, scheduling support, and training to ensure programs are delivered safely and effectively.
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and other department s to support resident-centered care, encourage participation, and maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications for Success: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must hold a current MA Activities Director or Occupational Therapist Assistant certification
Prior experience working in an Assisted Living or Long-Term care setting preferred
Moderate to advanced computer skills - specifically with MS Office including Work, Publisher, Outlook email, and Excel.
Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
