About the role
Senior Account Director — Unreal Digital Group (Fully remote)📍 Remote (U.S. or Canada) | Full-Time | Exempt$115,000 - $130,000 Unreal Digital is seeking an AI forward, strategic, relationship-driven Senior Account Director to lead demand gen initiatives for some of the world’s most innovative brands. We're running B2B marketing accounts for smart clients who trust us to get it right, and we need someone who wants to actually own a book of business instead of just babysitting it. If you thrive at the intersection of AI curiosity, strategy, creativity, and client partnership, this might be your next big move. What you'd be doing: Running the show on a portfolio of B2B accounts. Margins, timelines, strategy, all of it. Being the person clients call when they need a real strategic partner, not a status update. Wrangling internal teams (creative, strategy, media, tech) to keep the work moving. Using AI tools like Claude to kill the busywork so you can spend your brain power on the stuff that actually matters. Mentoring account managers and coordinators without turning into a micromanager.
What we're looking for:
8+ years in account or project management at a marketing or ad agency. You understand how the work actually gets made, not just how to talk about it. You've managed the financial health of an account before and didn't flinch. B2B demand gen, ABM, marketing automation, all familiar territory. Comfortable with AI tools, or at least curious enough to get there fast. We'll help. You can hold your own with senior client execs and still roll your sleeves up when it counts. The details: Fully remote, US or Canada based$115,000–$130,000, depending on experience Small, mighty, no-BS team. We move fast, we're honest with each other, and we actually like the people we work with. Sound like your kind of chaos? We'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume to hr@unrealdigitalgroup.com Unreal Digital Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We strongly encourage candidates from underrepresented communities to apply.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
