We're looking for an orthodontist topartner with us from the start: build a practice inside ours with a referral base already waiting, and, when you're ready, step into your own space next door.
Compensation & Benefits:
Daily Guarantee:$1,300 per dayfor the first 3 to 6 months
Structure: Partnership from day one, with a 50/50 investment in orthodontic equipment to get set up
Path to Ownership: After building your patient base for a year or two, the option tomove into your own officein the owner-held building next door andrun your own enterprise

The Opportunity:
Start with patients, not an empty schedule. Our pediatric practice sees a high volume of children and teens, plus young adults into their mid-twenties, and our families want orthodontic care in-house. Withno competing orthodontist in Kannapolis, the referral pipeline is built the day you arrive.
Partner, then own. Dr. Jayaram is offering a true partnership inside the existing facility: you co-invest 50/50 in the orthodontic equipment, treat our referred patients, and build your base with the support of an established team. After a year or two, if you want it, thebuilding next door is yours to grow intoas your own orthodontic practice.
You'll provide thefull scope of orthodontic treatmentfor children, teens, and adults.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is:
Alicensed orthodontist, or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
A graduate of anaccredited orthodontic residency
Entrepreneurial, with an interest inbuilding and owning a practice
Comfortable withchildren and teens
Collaborative and patient-focused, with strong communication skills
