About the role
Overview:
The Recruiter will lead full-cycle executive and senior-level searches across data centers, powered land, infrastructure, construction, and finance. The position reports into the Miami Talent Acquisition function and engages directly with senior leadership on hiring strategy and candidate selection.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end search processes, from intake through offer and onboarding, identify, approach, and engage senior and executive talent in a highly competitive market, evaluate candidates on technical capability, ownership, operational depth, and executive presence, advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate fit, and hiring decisions, prepare candidates for senior-level and executive interviews, develop talent pipelines and market intelligence across the data center and infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in agency, retained search, or in-house settings, demonstrated success placing senior or executive-level candidates, experience in data centers, infrastructure, construction, real estate, energy, or finance is advantageous, advanced sourcing capability and sound candidate judgment, clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders, based in Miami, or willing to relocate.
