About the role

To support the development of future leaders, the remote 2027 IMPACT Leadership Program will provide selected candidates with a two-day virtual event focused on networking, professional development, and showcasing skills, with priority consideration for Summer 2028 internships in various consulting segments. Key responsibilities Participate in a two-day virtual leadership program to enhance professional skills and network with industry professionals Engage in activities that showcase individual skills and learn about opportunities within FTI Consulting Receive mentorship and guidance from a dedicated coach to support professional growth and development Required qualifications Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a fifth-year master's program with a graduation date between December 2028 - August 2029 Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA Ability to fully attend both virtual days of programming in March 2027 Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship
