Environmental Engineering Manager – Hybrid

NJRole Overview:
Seeking an experienced Environmental Engineering Manager to lead environmental, civil, and wastewater projects while supporting business growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead environmental engineering and remediation projects from planning through completion. Manage civil, wastewater, groundwater, landfill, and site remediation projects. Prepare designs, specifications, cost estimates, proposals, and technical reports. Oversee NJ/PA environmental permitting and regulatory compliance. Manage project schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and client relationships. Lead and mentor engineers, drafters, and project staff. Support business development, client presentations, and local growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Current New Jersey PE license. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.15+ years of environmental engineering experience.6+ years of management experience. Experience with wastewater, landfill, groundwater remediation, and contaminated sites. Strong project management, communication, and business development skills. Current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification. Ability to travel as needed.
