We're seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant II to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our busy program office. In this key role, you'll provide front-line administrative support, coordinate events, and assist with special projects, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys interacting with visitors and internal stakeholders. Compensation : Up to $26/hour | Contract role Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing friendly and professional support Handle administrative tasks, including financial processing, meeting coordination, and space scheduling Plan and execute logistics for small and large events–catering, materials, registration tracking, and on-site support Manage staff timesheets and collaborate with managers on reporting and reconciliation Support special projects and daily operational tasks to ensure seamless office operations Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in office administration, program support, or administrative coordination Experience supporting meetings, events, or operational logistics Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in academic, nonprofit, or institutional settings Internship, work-study, or office support experience Work Schedule & Details Onsite role with flexible start and end times Core hours: Monday-Thursday, roughly 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible) J-18808-Ljbffr
