About the role
Partnering closely with the Sales team, the full-time Senior Account Specialist will manage and grow strategic advertiser relationships, delivering consultative guidance and leveraging campaign data to optimize performance and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary advertiser point of contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring campaign success from launch through optimization and post-campaign analysis
Monitor campaign delivery and performance, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and recommending growth strategies
Develop and present strategic insights and performance recommendations to clients, enhancing their understanding and maximizing platform adoption
Required qualifications
BS/BA or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, client services, account management, or a related field
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights using data and analytics
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and programmatic advertising
Experience using or enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to enhance workflows and client outcomes
