If you’re an experienced chemical manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and driving safe, reliable performance, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career with Arkema. AsProduction Superintendent, you’ll provide leadership for ourSulfox, DMDS, Utilities, and Shipping operationsand serve as the manufacturing asset owner for key production areas at our Beaumont site.
What you’ll do: Lead production operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, quality, cost, and performance Drive operational excellence, asset utilization, productivity, and continuous improvement Partner with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, HES, and Supply Chain Coach and develop Shift Leads and Operations team members Support maintenance strategies, turnarounds, and key plant initiatives Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
