On offer is a long-term opportunity to join an established specialist contractor delivering aviation infrastructure work across the region, where you will be trusted to run the day-to-day delivery and be recognised for performance and reliability. This is a close-knit team with low turnover and a strong pipeline of secured airport projects across multiple locations. As a result of continued growth and new work wins, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager who can help drive delivery now and step into increased leadership over time. In this role you will manage the project day to day on site, driving schedules, submittals, RFIs, subcontractor coordination, and reporting into senior leadership. This role would suit a Project Manager with airfield/runway civil construction experience who wants ownership, long-term stability, and a genuine route into senior leadership.
The Role:
  • Project Manager position delivering airport renovation / airfield works
  • Manage schedule, subcontractors, submittals and RFIsSite-based at Reagan National Airport area with potential non-standard shifts
  • Report into senior leadership with progression to Senior PM / Director
  • The Person:
  • Project Management experience within civil construction
  • Airfield / runway construction experience (essential)
  • Flexible to work non-standard shifts as required by project windows
