Confidential Search Solutions (CSS) is conducting a confidential search for Head of Regulatory Affairs & Examinations, a senior role in a payroll, benefits, and financial services organization. The successful candidate will own examinations, regulator relationships, and supervisory processes across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with state regulators, FINRA, and the SEC; manage examinations from initiation to closure; and work with Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, and business
