About the Role:
Out of Court Solutions Inc is looking for a part-time mediator with backgrounds in law and psychology, and who presently resides or is willing to relocate to Maricopa County Arizona.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate neutral, structured mediation sessions between divorcing parties
Guide clients through negotiation of asset division, allocation of debts, and any child custody, spousal support, and parenting issues
Draft and prepare settlement agreements and other legal documents
Maintain detailed case notes and confidential client records
Requirements:
Maricopa County Arizona residency
Juris Doctor degree
Familiarity with Arizona divorce law
Mental health degree or certification
