Job Title: Sales Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across various industries Identify client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales-related roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, and meetings Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
