What You Will DoStock & Material Movement: Safely receive, package, and manage materials throughout receiving, staging, and shipping processes.
Material Staging: Ensure product and materials are stored safely, blocked properly, and organized to prevent damage.
Documentation & Records: Accurately complete daily tracking paperwork, record movement data, and utilize handheld scanners.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to uphold strict safety standards.
What You Need
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industrial, distribution, or material handling environment required.
Industry Preference: Background in transportation, metal processing, or heavy industrial operations is a plus.
Equipment Knowledge: Prior exposure or experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, track mobiles, or handheld RF scan guns is preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak, read, and write in English to complete tracking paperwork, read material labels, and follow safety rules.
Detail & Safety: Commitment to workplace safety, proper material blocking/stacking, and accurate recordkeeping.
Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
