About the role
Supporting strategic transformation initiatives, the full-time Manager of Transformation Value Management will provide analytical insights, develop business cases, and create executive reporting materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, value realization frameworks, and performance metrics for transformation initiatives
Conduct business analyses and financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making
Create executive presentations and dashboards that communicate portfolio performance and strategic insights to senior leaders
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, business analytics, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
Experience creating polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
