About the role
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Renton, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the community.
You will manage a home health caseload, perform SOC/ROC/discharge visits, and ensure accurate OASIS documentation while coordinating with physicians and the care team. An active RN license and CPR are required, with reliable transportation essential.
