About the Role Provides administrative and operational support to the site leadership team through office administration, employee experience coordination, communication support, and execution of plant administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Coordinate visitor sign-in and reception Maintain site access systems and key/fob records Support daily office operations Maintain office supply and inventory levels Coordinate uniform and PPE distribution Process invoices and administrative paperwork Provide administrative support to site leadership Employee Experience Support includes: Coordinate KEEP engagement activities Support employee recognition programs Coordinate Town Hall logistics Coordinate employee events Support visitor experience Assist with off-site meeting planning Communications & Coordination includes: Maintain digital communication boards Publish employee announcements Assist with internal communications Support site communication platforms HR & Site Support includes: Support onboarding activities Support offboarding activities Assist with HR administrative processes Support cross-functional site projects Qualifications and Skills Required qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) or more years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience using office technology and digital communication tools. Experience coordinating meetings, events, or employee engagement activities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements include: Work is performed primarily in an office environment with regular interaction throughout a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities may require standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of office supplies, training materials, or other work-related items. The position requires the ability to move between office and production areas and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, humidity, and other typical manufacturing conditions. Flexibility in scheduling and occasional overtime may be required to support business needs.
