About the role

Max Linear is seeking a Director of Product Engineering to lead product development from design to manufacturing, building and mentoring an engineering team, and driving manufacturing readiness. You will guide product bring-up, silicon validation, characterization, and production release while shaping the organizational strategy and KPIs. Ideal candidates have deep CMOS/mm-wave knowledge, experience with ATE (Verigy/Teradyne), and data-analysis tools to optimize yield, cost, and time to market.
