About the role
Owning the full lifecycle of influencer relationships, the remote Influencer Partnerships Manager will identify and source creators, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing partnerships to support brand growth and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source influencers and content creators across various platforms to build a strong pipeline of prospective partners
Lead outreach and negotiation with influencers, securing fair and competitive contract terms
Manage the end-to-end partnerships pipeline, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms are tracked and fulfilled
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or talent management
Proven track record in sourcing and closing influencer or creator deals
Strong negotiation skills with experience discussing rates and contract terms
Highly organized with experience managing a high-volume pipeline
Bonus: experience in direct-to-consumer, healthcare, telemedicine, or regulated industries
