About the role

We are seeking a high-level Customer Service Technology Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical customer service technology environment for a well-established online brokerage and investing platform. This is a full-time position based onsite in Orlando. The ideal candidate will blend SaaS platform ownership, systems integration expertise, and vendor management experience to ensure the reliability and evolution of customer-facing service technologies. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Compensation: $140,000 base plus competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day health, stability, and performance of customer service technology platforms, including contact center, ticketing, messaging, and integrated communication systems
  • Manage production incidents from initial triage through resolution, including root cause analysis, vendor coordination, and operational documentation updates
  • Administer and maintain customer service workflows, routing configurations, integrations, and automation processes across multiple SaaS platforms
  • Design, build, and support integrations between customer service applications, internal systems, and third-party vendors using APIs and automation tools
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customer service leadership, helping evaluate new technology requests, operational improvements, and platform enhancements
  • Partner closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and technology teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver successful business outcomes
Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience managing business-critical SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or customer service technology environments Hands-on experience supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, OAuth, or related technologies Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex production issues and coordinating vendor escalationsExperience with contact center, CRM, ticketing, help desk, or customer engagement platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Five9, Twilio, Intercom, or similar technologies Ability to read, modify, or support automation and integration services developed in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business leaders, vendors, and technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, Master's degree is a plus
Additional Information: Position requires onsite attendance in Orlando, FLOccasional off-hours support may be required for critical incidents or platform escalationsExperience within financial services, regulated industries, or enterprise customer support environments is highly preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
