Distribution Sales RepresentativeSalary Range encompasses hourly base + commission. The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience and location.This position requires onsite training, typically up to 6 months, with the duration varying based on individual progress and business needs. After training, employees transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the office. Work arrangements, including hybrid schedules, are subject to change based on business needs, operational requirements, and company policy. Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Dallas, TX office.
