- Contributes to general property upkeep and preventative maintenance
- Supports renovations and developments
- Assists with groundskeeping, ensuring the residence and its systems run smoothly at all times
- Demonstrated experience as a skilled tradesperson (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or general construction)
- Expert knowledge of building systems, tools, materials, and safety practices
- Proactive attitude and hands-on approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs through effective, creative solutions
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing demanding manual labor
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and vendors
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a significant plus
- This is a year-round, full-time position with a starting salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
