About the role
- Supporting set-up technicians in preparing machines for operation
- Ensuring proper sanitation of all machine parts and components
- Understanding the role and basic function of each machine in the process
- Handling raw materials, from probiotic capsules to cardboard shipping boxes
- Assisting teammates as needed to keep production running smoothly and safely
- What You'll Need to Be Successful
- To perform this role safely and effectively, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write English to understand product specifications and instructions
- Basic understanding of general mechanical functions of machines
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift when required
- A safety-minded, reliable approach to day-to-day work in a production environment
- Additional Skills & Interests We ValueWhile not required, the following can be helpful:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environments
- Familiarity with sanitation or GMP-style processes
- Interest in learning how automated production equipment works
- A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support
